If you purchase non-customized products including golf caps, club headcovers, golf bags, golf apparel, golf gloves, polo shirts and belts which do not fit properly, you may return the items to us free of charge in brand new and unused condition within30 days from order placement or 14 days after delivery . We will exchange them for the correct size upon availability.All personalized/customized orders (including customized golf balls, logo-printed caps, gloves, apparel, golf bags, headcovers, belts and customized gift boxes) arenon-returnable and non-exchangeableand excluded from this policy.

Golf balls, golf bags, golf gloves, golf towels, club headcovers, belts and other golf accessories must be returned in completely unused condition unless they have manufacturing defects.Golf apparel and polo shirts must be unworn with all original tags fully intact.Due to special customized nature, personalized/customized golf balls, all logo-imprinted products and customized gift boxes arenot eligible for return or exchange .
